Alexandra has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and as a Pilates instructor for the last 10. She is also qualified in reflexology, metabolic typing and group exercise. She previously owned and ran a successful health food store, which continues to thrive.
Since having her first child 7 years ago she has developed her pre and post natal Pilates method with clients in her private London studio, Daniel Alexandra, and with members of the Harbour club, Chelsea.
Alexandra is dedicated to delivering excellence in everything she does. The Pre-natal Pilates system, which will consist of a full 26 weeks of workouts, is consistent with her standards and is designed to offer the full Studio experience from home.
